China Shark Fin Restaurant was established since 1986 on Ekamai Road to served premium Chinese foods to customers by Mr.Pithan and Mrs.Rungravee Raveewonganan. Until in 1988 we was moved to Pattanakarn Road near Klongton junction and the second branch was opened in 1996 on Soi Ramkhamhang 39 near Meng-Jai junction.
Our signature dish is Braised Shark’s Fin in Brown Soup and we also have many recommended menu. For example Braised Abalone and Kales with Oyster sauce, Fried Fish Maw with Prawns, Baked Goose’s web with egg noodle in hot pot, Steamed crab with soya sauce, Steamed Snow fish with soya sauce, Deep fried Mantis-prawn with Garlic, Fried rice with Kales and Salted fish and so on.
